Estate Broker.
OfficeGuide.com has 2 main functions:

location & Real Estate assistance to corporate clients;

- to help Commercial
Real Estate professionals realize their online goals through
Online Marketing Assistance and with the aid of our unique
Lead Generation Program.

does OfficeGuide.com earn its revenue?
OfficeGuide.com
generates buying and leasing leads for Member Real Estate professionals.
Revenue is earned by the way of OfficeGuide.com
Referral Network Memberships, referral fees paid
upon settlement of a real estate transaction and other forms
of advertising.
How
many Members do you have?
Currently
we are maintaining approximately 100 real estate Members and Nonmember
participants located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District
of Columbia. As well as Canada, Mexico and China. Our goal is to
grow Members with Nonmember participation in all majour cities worldwide.
Do
I have "exclusive" rights for the area?
Our goal is
to continue to develop a network of loyal, reliable commercial real
estate professionals . OfficeGuide.com
normally grants "exclusive"
rights for areas; Occasionally, we may have multiple sponsors
in very large cities; however, this is rarely a problem. Members
generally have sole representation for their areas.
Can
you provide references?
References
are available by contacting OfficeGuide.com.
However, our policy has always been to respect the privacy of our
Members. Many of our Members have expressly stated that they do
not wish for their names to be given to third parties as this would
disrupt their personal and professional lives.
What
happens if there is more than one Member eligible for a particular
lead?
We take measures
to assure that Member selection is fair. We generally will not have
more than one Member in a given area, unless Members specify
restrictions or preferences which would warrant having additional
Members. If it does happen, we take into consideration the
population and geographic size of the area to ensure fairness.
We also review the eligible Member's track record and history with
our leads. When all else is equal, leads are rotated among the eligible
Members. This is rarely a problem due to our control of
the number of Members per city or area.
How
Do You Track The Quality Of Leads?
We aggressively
track the quality of all lead sources. Based on leads which have
closed successfully, we monitor the performance of our leads and
are able to better understand the potential of future leads.
How
do you get your leads?
We are an
Internet-based company and generate virtually all if our leads on
the Internet. However, we believe in providing the best leads we
can without discouraging prospects from filling out the forms. Prospective
clients provide us a great deal of information. e.g., square feet
required, time frame for occupancy, price range, and much more!
How
many leads will I receive?
As a member,
you will receive the leads for your service area. It is impossible
to know exactly how many.
