Office Guide's
Affiliate Program provide services which enable prospective tenants
to contact qualified licensed real estate representatives who represent
tenants and buyers exclusively in helping them find the right space
at the right price.
Here's How
It Works:
1. Prospective tenants and buyers give Office Guide some basic information
about their space requirements.
2. Office Guide forwards the inquiry to the Affiliate Member in
that market.
3. The Affiliate Member contacts the prospect to discuss their needs
and explain the engagement process.
4. If the prospective tenant elects not to hire the Office Guide
Affiliate, Office Guide may elect to refer the inquiry to another
Advisor.
5. Upon successful completion of a transaction resulted from the
referral, the Affiliate pays Office Guide the agreed referral fee.
Minimum Requirements
for Membership
In order to join the Office Guide Referral Network the applicant
must be a licensed real estate broker or agent, experienced in tenant
representation of office space users. In addition the requirement
is at least 5 years of tenant representation experience and at least
20 office transactions in which the tenant or buyer was represented.

After carefully
reviewing the membership
agreement, complete the following information and select SUBMIT
APPLICATION to review your entries. After reviewing your
application, you must enter the SUBMIT APPLICATION
again in order for your application to be sent to us.
